Bailey Instruments Ltd are committed to the quality of both our services and products and are pleased to announce that we have now been accredited to the new ISO9001:2008 Quality Management standard.
We are very proud of our ISO and quality status which we have successfully maintained since 2002 and are committed to its development by maintaining the effectiveness of our staff, services, products and processes through continual improvement.
We set objectives and targets which are measured and reported upon at regular intervals to ensure best practice.
These objectives include:
- Customer satisfaction and complaints handling
- Compliance with relevant regulatory standards
- Service development and improvement
- Product development and improvement
We welcome any customer feedback as means to highlight further improvement opportunities we may adopt in the future.
