Q. I have not received my order...

A. Please check your order despatch confirmation which should have been sent to you by email. In this it will have a link to our courier and will also give you the parcel tracking number. If however this does not provide you with the information you need then please contact our office team on 0161 860 5849 or by email to sales@baileyinstruments.co.uk and we update you regarding teh status of your order.

Q. I no longer require my order...

A. If you have not yet received your order then please contact our office team on 0161 860 5849 or by email to sales@baileyinstruments.co.uk and we update the status of your order and will refund any monies paid.

If you have already received your goods and these have not been opend or used, then we will refund the value of your order less any shipping costs paid on receipt of the goods back to us at our office.

Q. How much does postage and packing cost

Q: Can I autoclave your instruments?

A: The vast majority of our instruments are able to be autoclaved. If an instrument cannot be autoclaved, it is labelled as being “not autoclavable”.

Q: Do you recommend an instrument lubricant?

A: We recommend Premixslip. This is the only lubricant that it is steam penetrable. It is not oil based and, therefore, does not leave a residue on the surface of the instrument.

Q: Your literature says you are “ISO compliant”, what does this mean?

A: ISO,or International Standards Organisation is an internationally recognised standard of quality assurance. In our case Bailey Instruments Ltd are accredited to ISO9001:2000 for which we are required to ensure the highest quality of goods and services provided to the customer.

Q: Can someone from Bailey Instruments come and see me?

A: Our experienced sales team are always pleased to arrange a visit. If you call us, we can put you in touch with your local representative.

Q: I am the secretary for my local Branch of podiatrists – can you come and give us a talk?

A: Education is the backbone of our approach to sales. We offer a range of subjects from decontamination to diabetes, from radiosurgery to biomechanics. Presentations can take from 20-30 minutes up to a whole days’ lecture. Why not give us a call for more details.

Q: Does Bailey Instruments attend conference exhibitions?
